If the problem is directly related to the templates, then you should contact the package author to fix this problem.

The demo package is always free and usually includes only a small number of items from the premium package - no activation required. The premium package is paid, includes all the declared items and it will require an activation code at the time of installation.

We do not sell packages ourselves, but only provide links to the packages of our authors.
You can request a refund from the package supplier (where you bought it - contact the store support / or contact the author of the package).

Packages are pre-made elements (graphic templates, audio fx, footages, transitions and presets) - you can download them from our website or find them anywhere else. They can be fully paid - premium packages, or have demo versions.

Packages are created by our authors - any motion designer can join and package their graphic content into the shell of our creation and release their package into the world.

Yes, you can use the extension without access to the Internet with already installed packages (except for packages available by subscription) - however, if you need to install a new package, then Internet access will be required.
So be creative even when you're away from the internet!
