This is an free extension (a subtype of plugin) for Adobe programs: After Effects & Premiere Pro which allows you to view and apply ready-made graphics templates, you just need to customize them for yourself and enjoy!

If the problem is directly related to the templates, then you should contact the package author to fix this problem.

The demo package is always free and usually includes only a small number of items from the premium package - no activation required. The premium package is paid, includes all the declared items and it will require an activation code at the time of installation.

Yes, you can use the extension without access to the Internet with already installed packages (except for packages available by subscription) - however, if you need to install a new package, then Internet access will be required.
So be creative even when you're away from the internet!
