My project size is too big

If after using package elements you find that your project file has become too large, this article will help you fix it.

Reason

Our extension imports not only the single element you need, but also the entire group of that element (After Effects only behavior) - this is done so that you don’t have to wait long for the import and you can immediately apply other elements from the same group instantly.

However, this also creates a problem, namely, what happens to unused elements? They are simply stored in your project, which increases its size, but they are easily deleted with just one button.

Solution

Open the project from which you want to remove unused elements.

Next, open the toolbar in the extension and click on the trash icon to delete all used elements.

Tip: Do this several times if for some reason they were not all deleted, but were deleted partially.
